| This company has taken monies out of my checking account by using my debit card after I ordered a free foreclosure list for 1.99. They fast talked me into trying their service free for thirty days. Five days into the thirty day free trial, they charged 39.90 to my debit card. I did not want any of their services and cancelled before thirty days was up. They kept charging 39.90 after I had canceled. I along with my bank made many calls to customer service to speak with their supervisor who was never available. I contacted the Attorney's General's office in my state and in California and reported how they are ripping off consumers. They in return responded to the Attorney's General's office and stated that I gave them authorization to withdraw the money out of my acct. This company has a license and is registered with the state as a legitimate company. Their letter was fowarded to me and I responded back to the Attorney General's office and informed them that the company is lying and their story if fabricated. They are hidding behind their license to legally ripp off the consumers. Will every consumer that has been ripped off by this company, who uses many names, please file a complaint with the Better Business Burea, Attorney General's Office in your state, and the Attorney General's Office in California. If everybody files a complaint, maybe this company will be investigated and charged. We have to stick together and try to stop this company from using their license to commit illegal scams. If there is ever a law suit against this company, please count me in. We are in a economic crisis, and this company is ripping off innocent, poor, unenployed comsumers and does not care. Let's get a class action suit against the company who is well known for ripping off the consumers. Help us somebody, this company is getting by with legal murder. |

| I also just found out that I got scammed by this company!! I'm an unemployed, single mother of two just trying to get by and this is what they do!! I am so upset!! I will be filing a scam report on this company!! Charging my debit card without my authorization when I was clearly told I would only be charged a one time fee of $1.99. I hate scammers!! I promise you that I will never fall victim again of ANY scammers!! |
