I subscribed to their service which provided one lead. While it is not
the fault of ConstructionDeal.com that the client did not pay for my
services ($2, 500 worth), the only other referrals that I received were from
people that were unsophisticated and obscure. So, I decided not to renew my subscription and their person agreed. Then
they forwarded my account to a collection agency. I had no other option
except to pay for services that I did not receive. |

This is a false report, 1. If a plan is canceled we will never require a user to pay a membership fee. 2. Once an account is canceled all abilities to charge an account are removed from our administrative menus.
We did not and would not charge a customer a membership fee after an account is canceled. It is not technically possible. Also, a membership fee can never be a past due balance. If a membership fee is not approved for immediate charge the accounts expires. We have never and would never send a membership balance to a collections agency. We will be happy to put this in writing.

| I had owed constructiondeal twenty dollars .so i called them up to pay them little did i know when i gave them my credit card number the idiot hit my card up a total of 16 times total of 167.00.was taken off my card then they. Had the nerve to tell me it was decline then they suspended my account and had to wait four days to get my money back and i couldn't buy any Leeds because i was tap out i think two years ago they were.more professional .I think this manager dannelloe has to go he is rude.mellisa should take over his position.telling you like it is |
