Nothing happened for a while so I opened a dispute with paypal as suggested in their buyer protection program. I continued to contact the seller as they suggest and she immediately escalated to a claim wherein paypal shut down the dispute right away. The reason was because they can only deal with the shipment and arrival of the goods so since the goods arrived my case was shut down. They said there was nothing they could do with the actual goods themselves. So I am out $173 for the motherboard and the additional 14$ for the shipping with no help from paypal or this company. "According to paypal you can sell someone anything you want, ship a bag of dog shit in the mail and if it arrives it's all good because you sent a tracking number and the package arrived and there is nothing they can do for the buyer. Seems like not only do they not protect you from fraud but they encourage it." As far as the seller goes, I've send you over five mails and you didn't replied to any of it. You haven't been on live chat for over a three months now. Ok, you got me, I'm out $187 but I will make your life miserable with forum posts, emails and anything else I can do. if even a few other people read them and it stops them from buying...mission accomplished. Like the one I found earlier said:
