Called on Thursday to activate the phone and port a number to the new phone. I was told that a message would be sent. Received e-mail from Common Cents. Purchased minutes online. Phone did not work.

Called Common Cents on Friday evening. After re-programming the phone twice, the representative stated that an e-mail would be sent to the tech department AND that I would get a call back in 15 minutes. Call never came. Old phone does not work any more.

Called Common Cents Mobile on Saturday. Re-programmed the phone 3 times. Was transferred to the department responsible for porting phone numbers. Was told that the porting was complete and the phone should be working. It wasn't. Was told that an e-mail would be sent to the tech department AND I would get a call back in an hour and a half. No call received.

Called Common Cents Mobile on Saturday evening. Was told that the porting could take 24 - 72 hours to complete and the the phone would be working by noon on Sunday. The phone was not working at noon on Sunday.

Called Common Cents Mobile on Sunday afternoon. Was not asked to re-program the phone this time. Was told that the problem was being worked on and that they would fix the problem. Phone did not work on Monday morning.

Received e-mail welcoming me to Virgin Mobile. Tried to login to account on Common Cents. Could not. Tried to login to Virgin Mobile and was able to using phone number and pin for Common Cents. Saw that I was on their 18 cent per minute plan. Called Common Cents. Was told that they had server problems and that it would be fixed. Was told that the phone WOULD work on Tuesday morning.
