This company contacted us in an attempt to sell their "Green Gobbler" product. We insited that we did not have a need for it, so they suggested sending us a sample to try for free. Upon receipt of the shipment, which we did not open, we immediately knew we had no interest in their product. Since then we have received several harassing phone calls and just recently, a fax, demanding payment (totaling $131.16). We called them back, explaining that no one in our office autorized this and that we refused to pay the bill or pay to return their product. The person who originally spoke with someone called them again this morning and explained that we are aware of their SCAM and to not contact us anymore. The representative continued to state that it was our responsibility to pay for it. At that point they were informed that continued phone calls and contact regarding this matter will result in us contacting the NC State Attory Generals Office. The moral of this situation would be.. "that's why you buy local". It is a shame that SCAMS like this continue to exist because they make it extremely difficult for legitimate businesses to market their product outside of their local area. We are a small business and have the ability to catch this type of thing. It is terrifying to think of how many companies they have actually succeeded in defrauding. BEWARE

I was also scammed by this Co. They said there was some damage done in shipping and they would send us a free sample .. they sent us 2 five gallon buckets of green gobbler and refuse to take them back . They also sent an invoice for 500 dollars.Tryed to talk to the salesman and keep getting told he is unavailable. What does it take to get these scam artist out of business.Dont do any business with these people. It will become a nightmare for you.

I just had it out with their A/R person this morning for the 3rd time for the same scam. I keep telling them to come get the unopened product, they keep telling me they can't, and to pay the bill. It seems we're at a stalemate, I may call the BBB.

Yes, the same story here. I had a girl from Chemical Maintenance Chemical Corp, (Stephanie) call me to try & collect $582.98 for a product we never ordered! Two half 5 gallon buckets of green gobbler were delivered, but no one from our company ordered them. I'm glad I found this posting...I will be ignoring the phone calls because they are nothing but a scam.
