The Beginning: I did not experience the "48-hour" turnaround they advertise online. Instead, it took over 2 weeks for my business to begin processing cards. I could give a detailed accounting of the dozens of phone calls made and hours of frustration I experienced, but I'll save it. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt due to the fact that I was labeled a "high-risk business" (I'm a new contractor), and thought things would get better after the agonizing set-up process.

So after I got set up, I processed 3 cards the first week- 2 on Wednesday January 19th, and 1 on January 21st. 1 week after the 1st 2 cards were run, I noticed that the funds were never deposited in my account and I immediately called customer service.

Now things get interesting. I'm told to fax in the 3 customer invoices so that Commerce Payment Systems can call my customers and make sure the transactions were not fraudulant. WHAT!!? I never would have signed up with these guys if I had known they would need access to my customers....Shaaaady! I did fax in the invoices with the telephone #'s blacked out.

Again, numberous phone calls and I get nothing but the run-around. Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. There doesn't ever seem to be anybody available that can make decisions. This is my money and I need to pay my bills!!! It is now Friday, January 28th, and someone is supposed to handle this on Monday....I'm not holding my breath.
