Tomika Reed, a very nice woman, helped me through the process step by step. Once done, she transfered me to an ignorant woman who wouldn't let me finish my sentences, and asked questions repeatedly while i was trying to answer them. Once they got my credit card info, they tomika Reed said she was transfering me to her district manager whom acted like i was a problem and an inconvience for her. I called Tomika back to find out that she was lying to me the whole time. Now she claims her DSO was in a meeting, and that was someone else i talked to. She also claimed several other things that were false, such as they didn't have complaints or a complaint department. Ctu are telemarketers trying to get your money. She assured me i had ten days to get a full refund, however when I called back and asked for it she told me to call my bank. They are awful people, do yourself a favor and never give them your cc info, and don't call them, it is a fake school.

I disagree now granted I have had experiences with many staff at CTU and unless it was the financial aid department which can sometimes be quite hurried I must say they are always upfront and friendly especially in admissions. Tomika Reed is my advisor and thats why I really took an interest in this. I think maybe you got confused about somethings just looking at your post. First, district manager? .schools dont have those they have Directors of admissions and they normally only speak with you in the begin to ensure there is no confusion prior to officially enrolling you. Now if they arent available im sure they have a person who is a back up who doe this. Now I doubt if this person was rude because there job is to finalize the acceptance of qualified and disciplined candidates to attend the school. Sounds like you werent accepted and may have been angry or you didnt feel that you worth the investment of top notch education. Not sure which one and I am not attempting to be combative but seeking clarity. Every school has independent complaints that have no affiliations with the school. On these sites people are allowed freedom of speech but understand that we as human tend to be bias especially when angry. You do realize that all top schools have something bad mentioned about their instituion, right? Lastly, CTU is not a telemarketing company I have been to there campus as a matter of fact and if they were really telemarketing or selling they wouldnt be able to receive or provide financial aid. Do you think the government would allow there money to go to a fake school as you stated? Lastly sounds like you put your information in online sounds like she was being proactive since she cant control the PC pulling your information and suggested you call the bank to stop payment and therefore save you time without your money being touched instead of going through a drawn out return process that most banking transactions require. My company recognizes CTU as a leader in education and guess what so does BBB, TOP 20 ONLINE COLLEGE LISTS, and so many other awards and affiliations I can't even name them all. So not only do I not believe you were deceived but merely confused and do I know that CTU is a real and great school I should probably ake you aware that making unfounded or unsupported claims is not only wise but can lead legal woes.
