Two years ago I purchased 4 tickets to see U2 on there web site, I did not notice the american dollars only sign. (this was my first time ever ordering tickets on the the internet) I phoned immediately to there line and they said that they could give me an in house credit for $959.50. that I could use at a later date. I have tried for 2 years to get Kid Rock tickets at the same venue as U2 was playing the Rodgers centre. Were he played again this year to read in the paper the venue was half full. Al Kuschel and I have emailed and have spoke on the phone seveal times over this period, and again as recently as last week were he stated I would have to go to the states because it was just not possible for him to get me tickets in canada ( to a half full venue) I stated I would like to go to Detroit as I went last year on mine own and had seen the show. No thanks to club tickets direct they again could not come up with anything. Once again Al said he would call me back and guess what did not happen. When i asked Al about the President Kris Feide and stated I have emailed him 2 weeks ago he said just a minute was able to access this mans email and stated it was not there. I was not surprized especially if he could access it. As I was complaining about his lack of service and follow through. So as you probably can understand I am very dissatisfied with this companies lack of ethics and the burden I have been trying to get my moneys worth out of them. SOOOO feeling ripped off yup and no one seems to care. Cdarby Ontario
