i placed my order April 1 2011 and today is 5/2011 i have not gotten all my stuff paid my money 333.00 and to this date i got half my order and that was very cheap stuff i have emailed and put in support tickets got emails from them saying they were sending out more stuff never did i order and paid for 200 air earrings and got 89 order handbags and have not gotton any yet so i keep emailing and putting in tickets and no response so joe richey which is the owner emails and get verbal abuses me saying he is tired of hearing me complain hell that is my money that i supported your company with he says i did not order from his company but he actually owns another company which he has in john roads name which they are sister companies so he should take care of the problem just send the rest of my order that is all i ask so he said he was going to block me i never did anything to this guy i am a consumer and i am not going to stop until something is done

i have ordered fro joe richey and have no complaints. my order was shipped quickly and joe richey even gave me his cell to contact him. it was short a couple items which was put back on my credit card instantly. when you order something for a few bucks dont expect solid gold or silver..i sell at flea markets and all my items have been correctly marked as advertised..no you cant buy a gold chain for 5 bucks and think its not plated or rolled. thanks joe for your great service...and i dont know joe, , i live in tn. many miles from or. randy [email protected]

placed order on/6/27/2011I never recieved the 7 pcs motorcycle lugage, and now amazingly my account doesnt exist I can't get on the account and phone calls not being answered, I also placed another order and nothing has arrived yet but they billed my credit card which I filed a complaint with tonight also I'm filing a complaint with pay pal and the CT. consumer protection because the can't cancell an account that has pending transactions in the state of CT.
