| CJ or Carey LeMoine is a criminal that has been operating in the London Ontario area since 2007. When I searched for him we only knew him as CJ and of course nothing comes up. Bogus Press Releases litter the internet saying he has merged with Advantage Capital and BFT Ltd and Optimum Business Strategies. He makes you do weeks of paper work to make it seem real, asks for 5k for a business plan then says you've been approved for your millions, he will look you in the eye and lie to your face then ask you for tens of thousands of dollars for "3rd Party Due Diligence" the final step before you can access your millions. Then he gives excuses as to delay then he simply vanished. When I found out from the Police his real name is Carey, and that he and his wife Peggy Nastasi are a scam team I searched the internet and found numerous victims since 2007. He recently took 7 people that I know of for lots of money. I don't know how he can look at his children. |

| Yes I was taken by the fraud too, the person who made those remarks is not a coward... why should we/I have to have the public know who we/I am. I was/am a victims and do not need to bare the shame of being a know sucker of this fraud. |

| I will post my name, Vicki Woolley St thomas Ont Canada, and will say I have have had first hand dealings with this man, and have proof that he is a rip off artist and a con man, In 2009 he operated as CEO of Business Strategy Inc and 2175535 Ont Inc, out of London that ripped people off for hundreds of thousands of dollars, he posed as owner/operater of Braxtons Bar and grill, yet was only the manager, and had the doors to this business shut by sheriff, he also attempted to purchase bar i was employed at, but thankfully the owner selling the business held the mortgage and we did some research and got the owner out of the deal and saved his business. He disappeared owing many employees wages, I met a man he moved into one of the rooms above the bar, that he had ripped off for over 300 hundred thousand dollars, this man attempted suicide and needed to be institutionalized. I was one of the lucky few that recovered money owed to me, as i had access to his home address and went there to be paid. he is yet againn back in business under a bogus investment group HE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED, . |

CJ (Carey Lemoine) and his wife, Peggy Nastasi are liars, cheats, scumbags and total devils. They are soul less beings devoid of emotion and feelings. They do and say anything to rip people off. They ripped my business partner and I off for $5, 000 and they wanted more. They are on the run and I hope the Ontario Canada police catch them because they are searching for them as we speak.

I too am involved in a civil suit for 100, 000 because of what Carey did. I expect the trial to happen in the next few months. Do you think any of you would come forward and swear affidavits as to what Carey has done to each of you?

I was also another business owner that was taken in this scam by Carey Lemoine and Peggy Nastasi when they were involved in Business Strategies in Hyde Park. They wanted me to pay them $2, 500 upfront and told me that they would re-do my business plan and guaranteed that he would have people to invest in the company. Months would go buy and the meetings that I had with them were always postponed or cancelled.
Carey Lemoine tried to come after me again two years later with a fake collections company saying that I was owning another $5, 000. Once I contacted a lawyer the calls magically stopped.
I never did get my money back and would love to see Carey and Peggy behind bars where they belong!
Does anyone know if Carey and Peggy are in jail for sure? When is the trial?

| I was also ripped off by this creep and his wife .3 years ago they purchased a very well establish dry cleaners that has been in London for 60 years . He managed to have it closed down 4 months after buying the business putting a lot of people out of work . To my surprise when I got home from work today there was a letter in the mail from a Bankrupt company in St Thomas . It is basically letting every one know that he has failed to attend the discharge hearing and as result the application was adjourned without a date .. In other words (they don't no where he is ) He owes to many to mention but the grand total amounts to 1, 361.957.57 ..Don't hold your breath people, were not getting a dime ... |

My name is Eddy Burke and I was the one living upstairs above the bar Carey Leonie ruined me so bad that no attempted suicide and was hospitalized I did give a verbal affidavit to a private detective I was told he was being taken to court but I could not find out the results of the trial if you have any info please post it at this site
