City Services This company has called me and threatened me with taking me to court and has called my parents also and stated they will be serving me

This company first called my parents stating that I need to contact them ASP or be faced with papers served My parents are older and this company had them all upset. So my mom contacted me and she was crying and very upset and said that they were going to summons me to court for a debt which at that time was about 4,000.00 with all the fees and court fees when the actual debt which is from about 6 years and only 500 or 600 dollars. So I called them, they had me in tears and said if I didn't pay this they were going to turn it over to the District Attorney and have no mercy on me, but they were willing to make arrangement with me with a down payment of 280.00 and then ever month after until paid in full and then they would notify the credit bureau that the debt was paid. Well when the first payment was set up which was to come out off a debt card there was no way that I had that kind of money so I took out the little bit of cash I had so they couldn't take a payment and wow were they mad. So this guy called and just yelled at me and told me he was not going to have any mercy on me and again he had me in tears and stated that he is willing to set up another payment but I better follow through with it this time or I was done and that he had the authorization to make an exception this time but if I didn't follow through there would be no mercy. So again I set up a payment but didn't have enough for the arrangement so again I took out the cash so they couldn't take what I had, now today some gal called and stated that I needed to call her today and if she didn't here from me that my folder was going off her desk and to the district attorney. I have since changed my account information but I am concerned because they have all my information including my SS#.
