Hired Citizens Tax Relief located both in California and Connecticut to resolve IRS problems paying $2800 for such services. Worked with a person whom represented himself as a lawyer and partner with Citizens Tax Relief. This person being Terry J. O`Rourke started out as a real relief to my problem only to find out he was just putting me on. He give false imformation to me and upon lreaning this I terminated Citizens Tax Relief and asked for a partial refund. From this point on it was impossible to contact Terry O`Rourke only talking with a person by the name of Patti Jones which would also give false reasons why Terry O`Rourke could not take my call. Tried e-mailing him with no response. Filed complaints with BBB, State bar of California, State Grievance Committee of Connecticut, Dept. of Consumer Protection of Connecticut, and Federal Trade Commission, and the only thing I`ve found out is that Terry O`Rourke is no lawyer in either state and no one can get him to reply to any request they make of him and Iam on a long list of complaints against Citizens Tax Relief and Terry O`Rourke. Why is it that some people can rip people off and no one wants to correct the problem ???

After having been clearing all of my credit card transactions via WorldPay for over twenty years (amount over 2 million) I have just been informed by a new representative of WorldPay that I have been paying 6.35 percent for clearing vs. a 3.15% for a "verified" charge. i.e.: a charge that prompts you for the cards secret code or the zip code of the holder. I purchased the service from WorldPay, additionally paid a WorldPay representative for the machine itself and had the WorldPay rep program the credit card machine. At no point in the last 20 years has ANYONE from WorldPay, mentioned that I could have saved 4, 000 per 100, 000 for 20 years. |
