thought my family should give up cigarettes , saw an advertisement in our daily newspaper the sun for a FREE 14 DAY TRIAL . for..CIGIREX.., i rang them to order 1 for my family , 3 weeks later still no cigirex so phoned to find out where it was , to be told by their telephone operator that they had moved to kent and everything was delayed , did anyone think to tell the customers ..NO .....2 days later my cigirex arrived ..yeeee haaaa well after 3 days decided it wasnt for us so sent it back , sent it by signed for they received it on friday morning , was looking at my bank account and they had taken £ 26.90...why its a FREE 14 DAY TRIAL ..now i know they have received it , i have the proof ...my proof of delivery ticket ...so rang them to first find out why they had taken my cash , their operator said its because i had ordered it during the move so their computer system thought i had received my cigirex and had taken my cash , when i pointed out they had the cigirex back in their depot she didnt know what to say , i asked for a manager she said their were none available, i have rang back at least 7 times in the last 3 weeks and yes i have spoke to 2 managers and all they say its in the system , look it isnt hard .....ITS MY CASH ...THEY STOLE IT ..GIVE IT BACK ..... |

I ordered about 30 May 2012 and after 2 weeks I had not received it, so I emailed them to cancel. A few days later my order arrived but as the date of my order including the delivery was more than 2 weeks I was not elegible to return for a refund. About 2 weeks later I received another months supply. I have emailed so many times but no answer, I have telephoned but cannot get an answer. So I have sent them a letter recorded delivery to stop these orders. I went to the bank to try to stop them cashing any more money and the only thing to do was to cancel my card. They must have taken nearly £100 by now. Tomorrow I am going to report it to the police. They have got to be stopped. It makes me want to start smoking again. |

I AM OUT OF POCKET £76.76. I ORDERED THE STARTER KIT OF CIGIREX TOGETHER WITH AN EXTRA PACK OF CARTRIDGES AND A MAINS CHARGER, WHICH TOOK AGES TO ARRIVE DUT TO MOVING WAREHOUSE. I TRIED THE CIGIREX AND WAS DELIGHTED BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT WOULDN'T RECHARGE AS THE COMPANY WOULD NOT LE ME HAVE ANOTHER CHARGER EVEN IF I OFFERED TO PAY FOR IT I RETURNED THE LOT, TOGETHER WITH WITH THE CORRECT FORMS AND A COVERING LETTER AT THE BEGINNING OF JUNE,
TWO WEEKS LATER ANOTHER PACKET OF REFILLS ARRIVED, I AGAIN RANG THEM, THE CALL WENT THROUGH TO A CALL CENTRE AND I ASKED WHEN I COULD EXPECT MY REFUND AND WAS TOLD THAT THE CENTRE WERE HAVING A LOT OF TROUBLE WITH THE ABOVE COMPANY BUT ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD GET MY REFUND EVENTUALLY.
MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, AT MY REQUEST, HAVE BLOCKED CIGIREX FROM TAKING ANY MORE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.
NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE NOT HAD A REPLY OR ANY MONEY CREDITED BACK INT MY ACCOUNT.
I HAVE JUST MANAGED TO SPEAK TO A LADY CALLED 'KATE' WHO IS BASED IN MAIDENHEAD ON ON PHONE NUMBER:01628 680485, WHICH I GOT THROUGH THE WEB SITE, WHO SAID THE PARENT COMPANY IN AMERICA IS DEALING WITH ALL COMPLAINTS MADE THROUGH HER.
