The Church Of Malphas claims to be a legal Church and also claim that they were established January 1, 2013. its founder and president would be barbara sobel who lives in the state of New York . If the church Of Malphas is a Legal church then they would need to be registered with the secretary of state and they are not if you do a search for them they do not exist.
