| I just wanted those that feel alone after being fired from this place of purgatory, that they aren't. This company is just borderline legal. It accepts credits from dshs for hiring people off of government programs and then right before the 3rd month we all get fired. This company had two owners and two employees that were beyond the three months when I was fired, and at that time there wasn't a single person beyond those four employees' remaining from when I'd been hired. I have never been asked by the president of the company I worked for if I was "in fu**ing kindergarden!!!?!" or "are you fu**ing stupid!!!?!!!" at the top of his lungs!!! Joel you got off easy only being there 9 days, imagine if you had gotten settled and enjoyed the people you worked with everyday. We were merely disposable. If you had been there 10 months you would have been treated just as poorly due to thier lackadazy procedures. You are probably correct that "She" ( I know who it was ) was embarassed for not doing her job. The enviroment that day was terrible because we were told your personal business and it became the topic of the day on the call center floor. I saw your story today and was taken right back to that day - the waiting on the "suit" and security to be ready for your trainer, the attitude towards the call center floor because of the undue stress of arranging your termination. I don't care for the reason you were terminated for. After serving 19 years and your sentence being complete, it's no ones business about someone's criminal history but you and the Hr director of the company you work for, period! |

| I can tell you that I have worked for this company and they DO NOT accept any credits or hire people off of government sites and collect credits. This person has no idea what they are talking about. There are several people that have been with the company over 3 years, some as long as 9 years. The ones that are on here complaining are all disgruntled ex-employees. I do not believe that this persons criminal history was told to anyone other then those who needed to know. As for the person, I am sorry, but he commited a murder. I don't know about you, but I would not want to be in the same room with him. He did not mark the the box on his application and that is why it was questioned. The reason that the security showed up with the trainer was because this man has murdered before...and he is about to be let go, , think about it, would you want to fire someone with that background alone...HELL NO! So my suggestion is before any of you take this to heart please remember that each person on here is a disgruntled ex employee |
