My Husband became upset one night at a fight that was between us, I had been awoken by my 2 year old son crying and went in to check on him. It took two times getting up to finally calm the child, and then my 1 year old daughter was awoken and began to cry. After getting her taken care of, I went back into the bedroom and told my Husband that I was tired of everything and would be taking my children and myself back to Maine as that's where I am originally from. I am a Navy Wife and recently moved to Jacksonville Florida in June of 2010. After telling my Husband I was done, I walked out to the garage and sat down and made a phone call. 40 minutes into my phone call, my Husband decided to call the Sheriffs department and claim that I had flipped out, told him I had broken my son's ribs and that I was going to shoot my kids, my Husband and myself. None of which ever happened! I was Baker Act'ed and taken to OPMC,- the local hospital here in Orange Park and after 4 hours was released where Janna Dockery, greated me at the door with the exact words, "Oh, they let you out." I entered my home where she then told me I needed to leave, and she continued to investigate my Husband, and both of my boys, age 8 & 2. She was accompanied by another DCF worker and the final investigation was concluding that, "I beat my children, she diagnosed me with PTSD, Bipolar and told me I would be losing my kids to DCF custody". We attended court that Saturday, where a report was given with nothing but lies! Claiming I'm an unstable drug addict, with numerous mental issues, she tricked my oldest into saying lies and even stated on the report that he told the Sheriff I had punched him in the face, due to a bruise he had on his face he received by complete accident. From there on out everything spiraled out of control! False accusation after false accusation came up, and the end report had nothing but lies. I've appeared in court several times, where I was awarded a court appointed lawyer (the 3rd time I went) and she has been absolutely no help since. If anything she is trying to cover up the lies and protect DCF. My children are now in Family custody with my Mother who was wonderful enough to travel all the way from Maine to help me and my children out. After my two boys were released from DCF custody, my 2 year old returned with a very red rectum as a result of not being bathed in the week he was in child custody, my 8 year old returned home with clothes that were not his, and shoes that were way to small and was forced to wear them the entire time he was in foster care. He also had a huge gash on his leg as a result of a fall, and they never said anything to me or my Mother about it, we found it because he was complaining of pain. Once she had filed her report, she also told me that if I followed through with everything, I'll be able to get all 3 of my children back. Well that too was a lie. They're now trying to send my 8 year old son to Arizona to be with his Biological Father whom he barely knows, he walked out of his son's life when he was 4 months old and never had much to do with him. He was court ordered by the state of Maine to pay child support and to retain insurance for his son, which took him over 2 years to do. He never bought him birthday presents, Christmas presents, never sent cards and never called him. Even the case plan says my boys are to be reunified with there Mother and she is clearly going against what she has written in the case plan and given to the Courts! She then threatened my former Husband who knows, I do not have any Family down here and took me into his home because I had no where else to live due to DCF making it so my Husband and I could no longer have a home. She said that if he didn't kick me out she would terminate both of our rights to our 2 year old Aiden. My case plan even says I am entitled to help from anybody. I have been framed by DCF and I need help! I have also been told by a Family member who works for DCF in California that the Jacksonville DCF which she is a part of is under Federal Investigation for taking children, making false accusations and sustaining more money for the system. They have basically set me up for failure as I have until February to fulfill my case plan, but no matter what I try and do the rug gets pulled out from me with every step I take. Fortunately I have a wonderful case worker from KFF and she has helped me to the best of her advantage and even she believes what has happened was wrong. I pray to GOD that someone out there see's this and can help my family and I. I am a wonderful Mother and my world revolves around my children. Never in my life would I ever harm a hair on my children's head. They're the reason I'm here today and what keep me going. Fortunately I am able to see all 3 of them, but this false report is spiraling out of control and ruining all of our lives! My Husband and I want to be together and can't be because of everything, my poor boys are scared to death everytime I go to court that they'll never see Mommy again. Someone, please help!
