Tony Troxel, Futura Properties, www.futuraproperties.com , suspended for fraud. Ken Bourke, arrested for child molestation in 92122, San Diego. Peculiar is the word. A person may be arrested for molesting his child, or found to have defrauded investors but still remain a licensed realtor? Laws need to change to require the Department of Real Estate to take a proactive approach when policing its own.

Tony Troxel is in trial with his wife, Barbara Bolla, Barbara Troxel, who outright lied during their deposition where they denied assaulting a 70 year old woman, but were unaware the old lady had cameras installed expecting another assault. "Get back in your house Egyptian Whore" were the words quoted in the report shouted by Troxel prior to throwing a trash can into the fleeing womans car.
