I recently purchased a notebook sleeve from them. I emailed them the dimension of my notebook to confirm if the sleeve would fit. A customer service representative, Cheyne Jones, replied, saying: "The TB-S0123WHT-13 should give you plenty of room for your laptop." So i bought it. After waiting for over a month, I finally received it, but it's just way too tight. I have to force my notebook in to zip it up, and have to be very careful not to scratch it with the zipper. In addition to this, the print on the sleeve is disappointing, and the stitching is off around the zipper. So I emailed the same customer service, Cheyne Jones, telling her that i am unhappy with her response, because the sleeve in fact does not fit, far from what she's said. And she told me to just post it back to receive a refund for the item (they would not refund any shipping fees). Sent another email to their generic sales email address, and got sent through to Cheyne Jones again, and got the same reply. I spent my money on something unusable, and the person misleading me is not being responsible for it! |

I ordered an iPhone 4 skin decal sticker on march 15th and I was charged 5.99 shipping and handling and they only paid 1.72 to have it sent to me here it is April 20th and still no iPhone 4 skin in the mail I asked them to send me a new skin in the mail and send it to me 1st class given the fact I was charged 5.99 for shipping and handling and they refused they said we can refund you 4.27 the difference of what it cost to ship it so they did refund the 4.27 but what has me so upset is this skin is just as thin as paper and weights just as much as paper and it still hasn't gotten to me MyGiftEnterprise LLC is a scamming company and I will be filing a report with the BBB I am fed up |
