My name is Courtney Keller, I had been planning on getting a blue nosed pitbull for awhile. One day last month while looking online i seen an ad for a blue nose pitbull so i messaged Francesca Garcia and I said:
"Hi, I was wondering if you by any chance have any puppies left? Female if you do, because I'm very interested in getting a female puppy and I seen that you ship I live in NY so I was wondering if that would be a problem? thanks!"
to which the lady had said back:
"Hello,
My Pitbull Puppies have been all adopted out,hopefully i will be having a new litter by March 2011 ,but i can refer you to one of my very close friend who was working with U.S. House of Representatives 2157 Rayburn House Office Building Washington, D.C. 20515 presently she has just been posted to west africa,she asked me to put two beautiful puppies for adoption,she is giving them out for adoption because of her busy schedules and her not having enough time to take good care of the babies,the puppies are 10weeks old and are registered,send her an email immediately to her concerning adopting the puppies,tell her the breeder she asked to put the puppies out for adoption refered you to her,all she is only asking is the adoption fee shipping is free,that is if only you can promise her the puppies would get all the love and care they deserve,if you know you cannot take care of the babies please ignore this reference Below is her Contact information Cheryl Thomas Email [email protected] Address...115 Queens Drive,Ikoyi State...Lagos Zip code...23401

So with that I emailed Cheryl the conversations seemed legit and this is what she had said:
"Hello,
I got your email regarding the two Pitbull Puppies i have for
adoption,i have 1 female and 1 male Pitbull puppies, i am willing to
give out to a good home for adoption,the female is 10weeks old while
the male is 10 weeks old .the cost of adopting both of Pitbull puppies
is $500 and shipping is free for both puppies,My babies are so
animated and will keep you entertained for hours.Each of them has
their own distinct personality.Loving and very affectionate
personalites are standard with each of the pitbull.They are very
affectionate and like to give kisses all the time.They have the run of
the kitchen at different times and are put down for naps just like
babies.They do need to rest at various times of the day because they
are still infant puppies,they are well socialized with kids and cats
and will be your friend if you are the playful type,they just simply
love lots of attention.they are uptodate on all shots and wormings and
are all current on vaccination i attached pictures of the puppies to
your email shipping includes tax,insurance, and the carrier that the

Now anyone who has been scammed by her would have seen this whole thing before maybe worded different but not much, she also probably goes by the name sandy white (look her up on here and the emails she sends you'll get why I say that.
If I had known from the start that the puppy was in nigeria I would have never agreed but it was pretty much indicated that the dog was in Washington D.C.
so we went on back and forth for awhile then i started sending money for the puppy first 50 then another 50 then last night i sent the whole 400 dollars. I woke up this morning to an email that had said
"Hello Courtney,
The shipping agent called me a couple of minutes ago to say the puppy
escort called him to say they had a stopover in UK he had to ship the
pupp because their was direct flight to united state so he had to ship
the puppy out to united kingdom to get a direct flight to united
state, the puppy escort was about making a final flight arrangement
but the authorities in UNITED KINGDOM asked for all vital document
that was included along shipping the puppy,he later went ahead and
submitted all relevant paperwork and documentation to the
authorities,but after a couple of minutes the authorities claimed that
the puppy cannot be finally shipped to United State except a custom
clearance paper is included along shipping and if the we dont get a
customs clearance paperwork that the puppy would be QUARANTINE for
60days,after much arguement with the authorities in UNITED KINGDOM,the
authorities later made it clear that the custom clearance paper would
have to be prepared before your puppy can be finally shipped to you,he
was told that they are strict laws governing pets and animals being
shipped from outside united state,the shipping agent said it would
cost about $520 for the customs clearance papers,pls i need you to
send the money for the custom clearance paperwork now,so he can go
ahead and prepare the custom clearance papers so your puppy can be
shipped to you asap,i would be refunding back to you a total sum of
$520 to you as soon as i get paid.please dont let me down you are all
the hope the puppy has left to get home thank you so much for your
understanding

Cheryl" And right from there I had a very very very bad feeling so i entered it into google and it came to this website, she had already picked up the money so I couldnt cancel the money transfer. Also when i confronted her about EVERYTHING and said i was calling the cops, putting her out on the internet, among other things, she stopped answering. Please don't make the same mistake that I did DONT ever trust anyone unless you have proof of the puppy and that its going to be yours!!!
