First came the high pressure sales staff , then came the hostile attitude of the new management, then the problems with proper certification for the the kitchen and its staff, now members will need to hone their homeowner skills and do a little volunteer maintenance work on their sites. Seams the replacement staff that replaced the ones who wouldn't work, in reality are worse then those that were let go , soooo you members going to Cherry Valley lakes Resort need to get ready to not only water your lot, but in some cases you will need to clear the tree debris as well since the staff doesn't have the time to take care of it. Well they said it will be an "Adventure in Camping" and that it had grass covered lots, never said the grass would be properly mowed or maintained. After all you only spent
7 to $10,000.00 for your membership , did you like many expect more? Good Luck if you did at this CRA Resort.

Well just when you think it can't any worse, bam! it happens, the employees have since June of this yr been complaining about the drunkin, roudyness of a group of campers ( 15-20 at times ) frinds of the cleaning and maintainance staff, who have been actually threatening the other employees with bodly hasrm if they try to restrict them from having a good time. Now you would think that managment would put a quick stop to that type of actions ? Hell NO !! instead thery said tyhat in no way were the employees to call 911 and get the cops involved !! and if they couldn't controll it then just stay out of their way... AND THIS IS WHAT YOU PAY $10, 000, TO $15, 000 + membership dues for ? Thousand Trails here we come!
