On May 11, 2011, I ordered a magazine subscription using . It's now Sept. 22, 2011 and there has been zero response to my requests asking about the subscription and delivery. In the order confirmation, below, they guarantee fulfillment in 16 weeks and guarantee money back if an order can't be fulfilled.
