cheapdvdau order fo dvd's that never arrived and tracking number never existed and bad customer services, Internet

I placed an order with cheapdvdau for a season set of dvd's in mid november 2011 and was told that I would receive the DVD's in 7-14 working days. I was sent the tracking number 2 days later but each time I tried to check the tracking it would show that there was no events for this number. I would then receive emails in my personal email account from a Stella Brown explaining the delays and within hours of receiving this email I would receive a fraudulent email from Fed-Ex telling me that they tried to deliver my dvd's but due to no-one being home they wanted me to open an invoice attached to print and take to Fed-Ex, on contacting Fed-ex this was a hoax this happened twice. The customer service was appalling and they would keep me waiting on the on line chat service for up to 10 minutes and I would have to ask if they were still there and then they would go of line It has been 6 weeks and I have not received anything even though they took my money it is wrong and hopefully others will see this warning before they order anything from this site and spread the word. People like this make me so angry and make it bad for the good people who are doing the right thing on the internet
