Chase Home Finance Chase These idiots have lost 2 mortgage payments in the last 6 months. I HAVE proof of delievery. Louisville, Kentucky |

Around June of this year, Chase "lost" a mortgage payment I sent it. They sent me all sorts of nasty letters, threatening foreclosure, etc.
I then proceeded to spend approximately 20 hours on the phone corresponding with these idiots. Gael Martin proved to be the most incompetent person at the executive customer service level. After promising me the issue was fixed, she took funds for payment from one mortgage in my wife's name and then applied them to a mortgage in my name. The 2 mortgages weren't linked in any way and are totally independent of eachother.
They then proceeded to report errant information, thereby damaging my wife's credit report. Resolving this issue was painful and as inefficient as it could have been. Seriously, I couldn't have done a worse job if I tried. After only partially agreeing that it was their fault, they had the utmost arrogance, as to tell me they "would give me the courtesy of reversing later charges, etc." I explained to the moron there was no courtesy at all being given. I then asked what they would do to cover me for the lost time I wasted trying to resolve this issue. They said absolutely nothing and claimed it was necessary communication because they serviced my loan and that they were really sorry. I have some of these conversations recorded.
Currently, these morons lost my December 2011 payment. I again have delivery confirmation. I talked to an ill trained person at the executive level of customer service again and he refused to help me until I could, at my own expense, fax them proof of payment and delivery. He refused to even look at or take my delivery confirmation #. I requested that they cease negative reporting and look into the matter and was again rebuffed with a "that's not how we do it."
I've already wasted an hour today and many more will be wasted trying to communicate with these idiots. It's amazing they remember to pull up their pants after going to the bathroom. I expect poor service at the call center level, where the phones are answere by "no men." At the executive level, this is ridiculous.
I hate to lean of the government, but who oversees this sort of garbage? |
