Mark S 12/13/2011 Absolutely horrendous! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I used them for transportation for my wedding and they pretty much ruined it. They are incredibly disorganized and unprofessional - never got back to me to confirm pickup time or directions, on the way to the wedding the driver drove the bus into a ditch, nearly flipped the vehicle, locked herself out of the bus during the wedding and then broke
down multiple times on the trip home. Our guests were terrified and my father-in-law missed a good portion of the wedding because he was dealing with the bus. At one point he even had to get a ladder so the driver could climb back into the locked bus. I have tried to resolve the issue directly with the company - Bana promised several times to provide me with a refund and compensate the owner of the property which the bus crashed on (there was over $1,000 worth of damage) but they have never followed through. On one call she told me "go check your email, you will have a PayPal receipt for the
amount right now." This was obviously not true. I've submitted a complaint with the BBB - CharterBusRUs never responded. I am now moving forward with legal action. Please do yourself a favor - do not use this company
