Issues with them and their uncharming ways: Customer service refuses to listen to an issue about where they need to change-If confronted they call you a "whiner"-It was like talking to a brick wall! Ethnically backward-will not post other ethnicities in its advertisements and no articles about other ethnicities with the ladies they are trying to connect to men. The one ethnic tone is seen in its one-ethnic recommendations and testimonials that it posts in majority-A Shame and Disgrace! Only person found on the site of another race was a scammer in the blacklist section of the site. I am not saying that she did not deserve to be there but I am wondering if that's where they think other races belong! There is also prejudice against other local men. The owner is a Former Soviet Union/Russian woman but refuses the men from her own country be on the site! Only foreign men allowed like if they will be perfect forever-Yeah Right! This site isn't all that charming because of its uncharming ways!
