| Mr. Charles Serrano of Fontana CA. doing business as "Diversified Real Estate Consultants" scammed myself and several people for Home Loan Modification. When confronted and pushed for information and follow through, he produced a forged document that was not issued by my mortgager and his web of lies was uncovered that revealed he had done little or nothing for several families and one family I am close to lost their home because of their confidence in his promises and I also very nearly lost mine. |

| The same thing happened to me, and like a sucker I trusted this guy because he went to my church, he has been stringing me along for a long time, and manages to produce letters that appear to be from the bank. My wife is in the hospital on life support right now, I have a 2 year old, seems my world is crashing. I call Charles on thursday this week to make sure everything was on the up and up, and he assured me yes and said it would be dont shortly. The very next day the sheriff came to kick me out and change the locks. I have 15 days to get a crew together to help move my property out, and I have to call someone to come unlock the house to get my own stuff. All the while I am trying to take care of my wife who has been icu and on life support for three weeks. This guy no longer lives in Fontana, he lives in rancho cucamong at an apartment complex called Homecoming, apartment 87...he works at a car dealership called formula auto sales, off of juniper in the city of ffontana, and his wife is a realator for keller williams out fo rancho cucamonga. you may be able to reach him at any of those locations. This guy destroyed my life, I want him to be held accountable for the crooked shady stuff he has done. |

| I feel sorry for you people that have ran across these 2 con artists.they are thieves scammers and liars.Dont put ANYTHING past these two.They will take you for everything you have with no remorse.Their attendance at ANY church is meant for appearances only.Avoid contact at ALL costs! this is nothing new..its been going on for years and it runs in the ENTIRE family.They are absolute con artists and have nothing to do with integrity in ANY way.DO NOT hire them for anything. the address they live at is definitelty correct..thanks for the info on where Charlie works!!! |

| anyone who has been scammed and ripped off by Charlie Serrano or Grace Serrano please send an email to [email protected], we can file a class action suit against them and put them where they belong...Behind bars!!! This email will be checked regularly and we can all come into contact with eachother and get these low lifes off the streets!!! |
