On October 1, 2011, Aribex, Inc announced that it would be hiring Ken Kaufman, former CEO of CFOwise® as President and CFO. In October 2009, B2B CFO® filed a lawsuit against ken Kaufman and CFOWise® relating to copyright infringement and racketeering. Ken Kaufman who was recently CEO of CFOWise® and is currently being sued for racketeering said â€œI am absolutely excited to join Aribex full time. We have a great, cohesive team in place. I am Ken Kaufman, the same one referenced in this post on this site. While I am disappointed to find this information on this site, I regret even more that whoever posted it appears to want to associate Aribex with the lawsuit referenced. This suit has been going on for over two years, starting long before I accepted my current position with Aribex. Aribex is in no way associated with nor does it have anything to do with this lawsuit, which was filed against me and another company in which I am an owner, CFOwise.
