today was the second time i've been contacted by certified sales jobs about helping me connect with finding a job in pharmaceutical sales. initially they sound legitimate...and then the second shoe drops. they wanted me to provide a credit or debit card number to pay $30 for their processing fee. what?? he went on to explain to me if they help me land a job that the company would pay them for their services but this initial fee was to cover a personality and skills assesment and other materials to help place me. hmmm...i asked him for the name of the company again and the website and i would research it and get back to them after everything checks out. at this point he, mike, tried to make me feel like i was missing out on a great service and i shouldnt wait. my first step was to come here but i didnt see anything. so i google them and saw a whole slew of complaints. they are definitely a scam! one person said they kept charging his card for stuff until he cancelled his card through his bank! so when they called today i decided to mess with them and let them go through the whole spill. i gave them all sorts of false information and he was pissed when he realized it...i could just hear it in his voice!! i then told him that i google them and there is a special place in hell for people that prey on the vulnerable in this economic time. people really are looking for help finding jobs right now and this is just predatory. hope this helps!
