Certified Market Force Purple side Customer service is a joke east greenbush, New Jersey

Certified Field Associates mystery shopping company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have worked with over 30 mystery shopping companies in the last year. I started 4 other people mystery shopping as a part time job. We have all had great experiences with other companies.

I want to make sure this is not confused with Market Force. Market Force is affiliated with this company, but it has its own team of employees and independent contractors. The independent reps for Market Force have been wonderful.

To make a long story short.... I was offered a bonus for a job to complete it. I reworked my schedule to complete the job. When I was paid for the job I was only paid $7. I would not have left my house for $7. I called customer service; and was told to email the help desk. I emailed the help desk and was told to call. This went on for months. At one point they said they saw the ticket and they were working on it. After about three months they finally gave me a bonus of $10. Right after that I my account was deactivated. I had done a huge job for them that was 3 days at 8 hours a day doing exit surveys at a restaurant. The workers at the restaurant said I was the best worker they had sent so far. They said that the customers would not respond to the other workers. They responded great to me. I did an excellent job; yet my account was deactivated because I complained about their customer service! I could tell so many stories of how awful the customer service is, but I chose to just tell this one. I have scores of 10 out of 10 and 5 out of 5 for other companies. I even work with a company that has complaints against them for being hard on scoring; and do just fine. Normally, I send emails to employees of these companies thanking them for such great customer service. This is the only company that I have ever had an issue with. I would suggest to cross them off the list!
