I placed an order for our school 8/16/2010. The order was processed and our credit card was charged $305.00. I was told that the order would ship within a week. September 7, 2010 I called to find out the status of the order and was told it was backordered and would ship in 4-6 weeks. I was never notified that the order was backordered. October 7, 2010 I called again and was told the order was still backordered and would be shipped by month end. Subsequent calls in November and December resulted in the same answer, each indicating order shipment by month end. Each call had a VERY lenghty hold time, was disconnected and/or call dropped. I resorted to using the Automatic Callback System and NEVER received a call back. January 13, 2011 I called again with the same result. January 19, 2011 I cancelled the order. I was told that my account would be credited in 7-14 business days. After 2 weeks I called again and was told the refund would post by the end of March. April, 12, 2011 I called again to find out the status of the credit as was told it would be "soon". I asked for the name of the supervisor and his e-mail address. His name given was Taylor Clark. I was put through to his extension and left a message. I never received a reply. I sent an e-mail to the supervisor, Taylor Clark at regarding my order and credit and never received a reply to this either. June 1, 2011, I called again and was told by "Nancy" that the Supervisor, Taylor Clark indicated it would be another 3 weeks. My request to speak directly with the supervisor was never honored. July, 28, 2011 I talked with "Charles" and he indicated I would receive the credit by the end of August and would have somebody contact me as there were numerous notations on my account. I never received a response. Today, October 3,2011, I tried to call the company 6 times, and each time I had a VERY lengthy hold time and eventually each call was dropped. I am at my wits end and my next step is the FTC and BBB. After reading all the negative reviews regarding the same issue, I can't believe this company has not been investigated and/or shut down. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! |
