I sent my new Skyline GTR to Century Auto Collision and Service Center for a minor paint job for a scratch in the rear bumper and received nothing but woes. Ken Phung, the owner said it will take 3 days, however, within the 3 days, he called me, informing me that someone broke into my car and stole a lot of parts and they would file claims on my behalf. They gave me a rental car and I thought it was ok. It took more than 2 months for them to fix the car and install the missing parts, and somehow, all the part installed looked like the parts that were stolen. My minor damaged bumper became extensive damage on the car and was fixed and claimed by them. I was uncomfortable with their fraud insurance claims and they wanted to buy me off, but I reported to the police. Then I was hit by a $6000 car rental bill which Bank of America eventually made me pay 50%. Even when I informed them about the shady autobody shop. The reason why I went there in the first place was it is walking distance from my house. This is the worse autobody shop, and I've heard many other customers complain of having similar experiences. They are thieves and they are the reason why insurance is so high. Don't ever go there as you WILL BE RIPPED OFF
