Central Repair Depot
Central Repair Depot Merry-Go-Round, No Fix, Fort Worth, Texas
20th of Jun, 2011 by User238422
I bought a Toshiba notebook and warrantyat Staples for my son. Little did I know that they didn't do the repair themselves. The warranty is a third party provider which in turn sends in to another company for repair. The computer has been sent to Central Repair Depot twice in the past three months. Each time, no problem can be found. But, the problems continues. The last time the computer was returned with mega scratches on the lid, a loose hinge, and the bottom of the computer's seal is not tight. The box it was returned in show no damage. Central Repair Depot will not except responsibilities...they call it a shipping issues. How was the computer damages in shipping when the box is showing no damage. The Warranty company will accept no responsibility. Staples won't except responsibility. Beware of your warranties and substandard service.
