I recently went to see if she could fix a bad hair tint. I had done something stupid. But, I asked her in advance, if there was anything she could do, if not, I would let it grow out. She just decided there was no problem and she could tint my hair THE COLOR I WANTED. We looked at some hair swatches and I told her LIGHT AUBURN!
Went and mixed some stuff up and began applying it, I told her from the beginning that is looked TOO Dark. Oh no, she said it would be BOOTIFUL. (accent) She got more than half done and realized, she needed more product. So, she goes and mixes up some more. My hair is shorter than shoulder length. Anyways to get to the end. My hair is Maroon, Dark Cherry. I told her this was not Light auburn and she ignored me. I paid her and when I got home, I was in tears. I went back the next day and she told me I PICKED THAT COLOR! She lied. I was very nice seeing if she could do something, it was WAY TOO DARK. She was so ARROGANT, she would not appologize, she told me not to color my hair too far away from my original color. WHICH IS LIGHT AUBURN!! She wanted for me to come back in a month and maybe get highlights ! She also dropped combs she was using to cut hair and picked them back up and kept cutting that mans hair. NO STERIZING !! Don't waste your money here! Seriously.
