Contacted this group re: cash for Blackberry Curve 9330, original box, cd sealed, charger, wipe, all in pristine condition. Was offered 65.00. This phone was used two weeks but because over 30 day deadline when received from my new mobile co. Credo; they would not take it back. No rep at this or other firms contacted mentioned the device had to be unlocked; it is indeed is. Another firm offered me 108.00 but did not make good because it was a different model quoted, but they too offered me 65.00w/o any problem as to lock if so. Sent phone to this co. A long time later they said since it was locked don't think this is so as they sent it back to me on (was not on when sent) so only offered 25.00. Declined. This is just their scam as so many other of these cos. Vincent, the rep, was unprofessional and rude when questioned acted more like a thug than a rep for a reputable firm. Said he just could not take the time to wait in the queue for Credo to unlock. As stated, have never been in a really long queue with Credo support and certainly no pre-condition up front for 65.00 to unlock. Took inordinate amount of time to send back phone. Thought it would not be sent as I had heard horror stories. Then when asked why he simply did not live up to offer and wait in queue, after all that was his job. He asked if I was'high". This is a rep who should not be working in the professional world and a firm not to do business with your gizmos. |

what phone number did you call, I have gone to the website for cash4gizmo but there is no phone number listed. I have been offered 35 dollars but I have not sent the phone yet because I have questions. But since reading some of the stories about this company I am not sure I want to send my phone. |
