Cash Advance Chris Brown (bogus name) This is a harrasing and annoying Scam Internet

In my case this started in May where I first recieved a voice mail messaging from a forgien speaking lady telling me my social security number and name were under investiagtion, but she could not tell me why she only asked for personal information from me after a few attempts and she could not get what she needed she stopped calling this was in May of 2011, in June It started again, first my name and social were under investigation, this time it was a man claiming to be a lawyer for cash advance stating the company deposited $ 300 dollars into my account and when they attempted to retrieve the funds back the bank declined it, first of all I never recieved any money from them, nor does my bank records show any money being placed into the account the man that called stated his name was Chris Brown and he was a collection agent for the company as well, he told me I needed to give him either my debit card or credit card number that was the only way to repay the $ 300 dollars, he also stated that he would not stop calling me until I gave him what he wanted, the first calls were left on my voice mail, the second calls were sent to my job, on June 28, 2011 this man called my job approximately 100 times, so much to the point my company tried to get our switch borad to intercept the calls but with the scammers having multipule line usage their was no way to intercept all the calls, so my company called the police department in the area, where even the officer that was responding talked with the man claiming to be Chris Brown, and the calls did not stop even after the officer talked with him, he continued to call, I goggled the area code from the 508 numbers he gave for me to retun his calls and it is in Brockton MA, where I contacted the police department in that area and could not recieve any help, because they stated that although the number is showing up in this area they could be taping into someones landline, since Tuesday the day of the continuous calls he has called my job again he has called on wednesday, Thursday and Friday about four times, on the calls he made on Tuesday my Supervisor spoke with him he informed her he could not send an official letter stating anything there is a process he must go through, the first is harrasing phone calls at work, the second is sending my job faxes on his complaint, the third is having me fired from my job, the fourth is suing me not for 300 dollars but for 3,000 as for the calls he states they could last any where from 2 dys, 2 wks, 2yrs. and allof this began when I filled out a survey for cashadvance, I have since changed my wireless number, so he continues to call me at work, and has now started calling my home, he has even called my job and told a co-worker he was outside of my home. these people have got to be stopped I continue to get emails even though I continously delete them and the phone calls keep coming but I will never give them my information.
