HORRIBLE.Pathetic amazed that they are in business. They do not care about customer service at all. We bought my fiance a Brand new Nissan 370z from Carriage on February 25th 2013 it has been over two months since we have bought the car and WE STILL DO NOT HAVE THE TAG FOR THE CAR. I have sent multiple emails and correspondence to them regarding the matter over the course of the past month and have only heard back from one person saying that she would look into the situation and let me know something, yet we have never been contacted and updated on the status of the tags. The second temporary was to expire tomorrow so we had to take time off of work to drive to the dealership and try to get this figured out today. Come to find out they employ people who do not understand the difference between the words Cobb county and Cherokee county thus forth they sent the tag to the wrong county all together now supposedly the paperwork for the tag got lost in the mail and they have no idea where the paperwork is but that the tag for the car is not registered at all. They told us today that it would be another possible 6, 7, 8 weeks before we get the tag that they sent off to Nissan today to get duplicate paperwork so they can resubmit for the tag. They gave us a dealer tag to put on our car which is good but the GENERAL MANAGER CHRIS ELLISON WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude acting as though he has went out of his way to handle this matter BULL he is a joke he lacks class and business ethics in every way imaginable he could not even introduce himself with any semblance of professionalism walking up saying "You guys looking for me" no title no name nothing. When asked why we have not been contacted regarding updates on the situation he stated they was nothing to tell when asked what he was going to do to keep our business he stated that hes done everything and acted like the dealer tag was a privilege for us. NO it would be illegal for us to drive the car on expired temp tags and they we liable for us not having our tags. He tried to blame the situation on the Tag office he tried to blame it on the mail he tried to blame it on the new tax on tags that took place AFTER we bought the car and had nothing to do with our tags at all but he never apologized nor tried to make it right at all. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY AT CARRIAGE NISSAN IF YOU HAVE MORALS OR VALUES AND DESIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PATHETIC EXCUSE CHRIS ELLISON IS FOR A GENERAL MANAGER HE DID NOT EVEN ADDRESS US UNTIL WE HAD BEEN AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR 2 AND A HALF HOURS. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB THE NISSAN CORPORATION GEORGIA TAX AND TAG COMMISSION OFFICE GEORGIA CONSUMER AFFAIRS I DO NOT LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE CRAP AND REGARDED WITH SUCH AN ATTITUDE WHEN THEY MADE THE MISTAKE AND ARE TO LAZY TO FIX IT PROMPTLY IT DOES NOT TAKE 4 MONTHS TO GET A TAG IN CASE YOUR DEALING WITH CARRIAGE NISSAN IN GAINESVILLE GA.
