We hired this guy to do some work for us in May, 2011. He never intended to do the work. His only intention was to get free money for nothing. He cashed the check literally within minutes of receiving it. Came a few days later and made a huge mess, ripping wood off of the building and leaving nails sticking up everywhere. After just a few hours of 'working' he came up with a lie and said someone stole his tools (no one did, he didn't even file a police report). So then he said he couldn't afford to do any more work for us if he's going to continuously have his tools stolen. A totally fabricated story, but he walked off the job leaving gaping holes in the building the day before a huge rainstorm. I called him and asked him if he intended to leave it that way and said yes, he intended to leave it exactly that way. No morals, ethics or scruples. He tells such ridiculous lies that you almost want to laugh, only he's running off with your money. Shortly after he robbed us, he took his website down. He's not only a liar, thief and scum of the earth, he's also a weasel and a chicken. Seems he started doing this to all sorts of people in May and is just enjoying his summer doing it over and over to one victim after another. Sure would hate to have his karma debt! Beware of this guy! He's brutally evil!!!

These people posting this false information about Carpenter Construction are totally wrong.

I hired Pat after reading these reviews. Pat leveled my sidewalk, and my yard. He also built an amazing stone flowerbed border with real stone not that chalk rock crap. I have done masonry work before and I can tell you these guys are really stand up guys.

There range of abilities is amazing, not only were they able to repair all my masonry needs but they welded my back iron gate together, pached my back sidewalk, and painted my rusty patio furniture for FREE!! My wife loved it!!
