We purchased a male tiny yorkshire terrior from Carol. The puppy didn't look right, but we fell in love with him. Our family spoke to Carol about him and his health. We also took him to our vet. It seemed that our little puppy could not absorb food and could not keep his sugar up. We fed him with a dropper every 2 hours and gave him nutrical and kept karo syrup in his water. Nothing helped. We returned to our vet when he got worse. Our vet tells us that he could have had Liver Shunt. Something was causing him alot of problems. Our little baby died. We called Carol, and Carol promised us another puppy. She said we needed to send her the paperwork from our vet, which I faxed to her and received a confirmation. Carol never responded. She also never responded to my many emails, phone calls, and faxes. I had promised my little boy that Carol said we could pick up our new puppy in a couple of weeks. She gave her word. Finally, I reached by calling a cell number I believe. She said the puppy died from Hypoglycemia. I told her she had promised us a puppy and that the puppy did not die from Hypoglycemia and even our vet said so, including having that on the paperwork I sent to her. She promised to call me that week after speaking with our vet. She never did speak with our vet and now refuses to answer anything. We our out ALOT of money as these are very, very expensive dogs. She will not answer any requests, emails, phone calls, faxes, nothing. I have since contacted a a store owner in FL. that used to advertise for Carol and Yorkie babies. She advised me that her store no longer advertises for Carol, and has had many complaints on her. She also stated that it is a puppy mill, and she had received many complaints that it is a puppy mill and that other purchasers of Carols puppies have gone through this also. We need our money back, or our puppy. We did everything right. I don't understand it, and what's worse, my children are suffering because of what this person has done to our family. My kids loved that little dog and so did we. We are devastated by this. If anyone out there can help us, please help.
