| Beware of Carl Altieri and Top Two USA!! He STOLE from me!! Carl is a CROOK, LIAR, and THIEF!! He uses his dealer license as bait to get money from hard working individuals. He makes promises and then doesn't deliver but keeps the money. Only PHEASANTS that desprately need money do things the way Carl Altieri does!! He is a manipluator to individuals who do not know the business and tries to profit off of them. How pathetic is this... he lives inside his own office (no home to go to) and sleeps on the couch!! I guess that's way his ex-wife divorced him and wants nothing to do with him and the same for his own kids. Thinking about buying a car from him...THINK AGAIN!! Top Two USA has been investigated by Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) countless times due to customers filing complaints about the vehicles they purchased. Carl Altieri and Top Two USA have also been sued over 10 times alone in the past two years. Don't take my word for it.. Check for yourself in the Broward County Clerk's website. My advise is to STAY AWAY so this doesn't happen to you!! I know how it is to work hard for what you have and for a PHEASANT who sleeps on the couch to try to take it from you... but I guess it's true about KARMA. |

To be a licensed Bonded Automobile Dealer it requires a few important factors..
Good Credit
Being Bondable (no Felonies)
Adhearing to State and Local Laws and ALL DMV Requirements.
Each year having a back round check, credit check and continuing education...
Being able to have State required Insurance.
licenses...Bank Accounts...And now the patience to deal with Anonomous LOOSERS.
To write a report about some one requires NOTHING but access to a computer. ( And in this guys case a family full of FELON'S
Each time the DMV receives a writen complaint it is there duty to follow up on ALL VALID complaints
If the DMV finds a dealer not in compliance that dealer will receive a FINE and a writen repremand.
In 15 plus years I Have NEVER RECEIVED a fine and or a out of compliance Letter. I do get complaints, and do my best to deal with them...the people who write reports without there names, and case numbers ...Follow this trend. Felon's crooks and Loosers. The Law is there to protect them.
If and when a complaint is filed...Top TWO Always is in compliance.. Not perfect... But in business over 20 years. The person who wrote this follows all the steps stated above... |

| A con man will always sound like he is not at fault. Plain and simple Carl Altieri is everything that you read in the complaint and so much more. Beware of the wolf in sheeps clothing. As far as your remark about the person that wrote it being a convicted felon, that's what you flock to so don't judge when you are worse than scum... remember the saying birds of a feather, but that still doesn't make what you do right. You are a whole lot worse, because you try to come off like you are a good guy, when you are the worse kind of person out there. You prey on trusting people and then you go for the jugular. We all know whom you are victimizing now, but does she know it! BEWARE OF THE WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!!! |
