We rented a home through Capital Property Management Boise Idaho for 2 1/2 years.We gave them a 800 security deposit and understood up front that automatically 150 of that would go to carpet cleaning at move out time. We moved out and were not allowed to do a walk through with them " not their policy", then they returned only 156.00 of our deposit with a list of invoices 1....203.00 for lawn services 2...150.00 for carpet cleanimg 3...110.00 for changing air filter and repl dryer hose..(which was ours to start) anl\d also repaint mis matched paint? (Where) 4... cleaning....187.00........ no details given or specifics for cleaning areas or what they cleaned....... when contacted.. their response was "you got the detail with the statement...of who did the work and amount charged.. Problem 1 is one of the invoices is dated before we moved out...... problem 2 one invoice is number 1217 and another from a different company is 1218......seem like they just changed the set up in their computer before they printed them out... Do not rent from this company.....If you do make them take out the move out inspection clause in their leaser and demand to be present when leaving ang get an estimate of security deductions before they just rip u off.
