The opportunity is offered with a high degree of security and simplicity.
You will own a fixed acreage of land pre-let to an experienced selected operator in return for fixed annual rents, so you will not participate in the cultivation and yield risks. The approved tenant is West African Palm Oil Limited (WAPO) who will agree to rent your land for 25 years, with fixed annual rental uplifts of 5% a year built into the contract.
This Investment will give you a fixed income as follows. Minimum investment is 10 acres at £2100 an acre - Total £21,000
Returns are as follows based on a 10 acre investment: Returns paid on the 31st December every year.

Year 1- Income paid =£2750 - (£275 per acre)
2.
Year 2- Income paid =£2890 - (£289 per acre) increase 5%
3.
Year 3- Income paid =£3030 - (£303 per acre) increase 5%
4.
Year 4- Income paid =£3190 - (£319 per acre) increase 5%
5.
Year 5- Income paid =£3350 - (£335 per acre) increase 5%
At the end of Year 5 plantation assest management has an agreement to offer investors a 50% premium to your original investment. If sold at this time, it would provide you with a total return of 120% over 5 years.
