Canyonlands apartments negligent; As of February 5th 2011, Canyonlands Apartments has continued to cut corners by either denying or ignoring repair requests for health and safety issues. Our stove has been broken for 3 months without repair, our heating had been out for 2 weeks until it was repaired, we have mold growing in our shower because they havent repaired the bathroom fans. Our sink head has zero water pressure and we have to clean our dishes in the bathroom sink. I am typing this from a Mcdonalds, why? Because after the past 2 months we have had zero internet. Which wouldnt be an issue if it wasnt covered by the utilities we pay each and every month. We have filed several complaints with the upper management but to no avail! This Canyonlands of 2011 is the very same of the complaint filed on this site in 2004. Steer clear of this apartment complex. Ironically I too have tenants above my apartment throwing trash, cigarettes, food and spoiled milk out of their windows. Also on a lighter note;the hot tub works and there is electricity. So we do have that. -Broken sink -Broken blinds -Moldy Carpet(promised tile but never recieved it) -Zero internet -Moldy shower -Zero shower water pressure -Broken oven Anything broken (heating/water/electricity/internet... for instance) will not be repaired over the 3 day weekend of friday to sunday. The icing on the cake?: to report any issues you simply email a repair request (which may never go answered anyway). The apartment activities are fun, but i'd much rather have running water/heat than an xbox kinect or a hot-dog-movie-night!
