Camden Grey - BestDeal - EssentialDepot Critters, Poor Quality and Service at Camden Grey ripoff Miami Florida

I have ordered from this company in the past. To their credit, they ship promptly but that's where the praises end. I have sampled many of their products and gradually, due to poor quality, have limited my orders to solid butters and/or bottles and jars. Dried Herbs: Camden-Grey has the worst dried herbs. I ordered dried herbs from them once and never did so again. When the herbs arrived, I immediately put them in an airtight 5-gallon plastic bin. Within a month, critters were eating through the sealed plastic bags that the herbs arrived in. They literally flew out of the bin. It was gross. Comparatively, I ordered dried herbs from MountainRoseHerbs around the same time that the Camden-Grey order was placed. I sealed the MountainRoseHerbs products in a separate airtight plastic bin. Months later, there were no critters. Given that I ordered 10 pounds or more of each herb from MountainRose, I still had some left a year later and there are still no critters. Do not buy dried herbs from Camden-Grey. Essential Oils: Camden-Grey's essential oils are not pure. If you know anything about aromatherapy, then you'll avoid Camden-Grey. I believe Camden-Grey thins out their essentials with base oils and/or fragrances. For example, purchase their Nutmeg Essential oil. It doesn't even smell like the pure essential. The impurity of their essentials is why their prices are significantly lower than other reputable suppliers. You truly do get what you pay for and in this case, it's garbage. I'd suggest purchasing from wellingtonfragrance.com or libertynatural.com. Correspondence: Camden-Grey doesn't answer their phone and although this is stated on the site, they claim that they will call you back the following business day. Don't believe it. I don't even think they even listen to the messages. Email is even worse. They can reply to you at 9:00AM EST, you could reply back at 9:05AM EST and still not receive a response for several hours or even days. Cancellation Policy: They charge you cancellation and restocking fees even when the items ordered are out-of-stock. How can they hold you accountable when they don't have an item in inventory? Always pay by credit card so that you can have a means of dispute. If you use paypal, purchase buyer protection so that you can get your money back when/if you're unsatisified. My last order from them was a couple of days ago. I wanted bottles. The bottles I wanted were out of stock until the end of January. It's currently December 15th. I asked for a refund. 6 Hours later, they completely disregarded my email and shipped me something. What, I do not know. I told them that I wouldn't be accepting the package. They have the nerve to charge me a cancellation fee, restocking fee, shipping fee, return shipping fee for items that are out of stock. Do Not Order from Camden-Grey.
