| I have been using the site CAM4 for the last several months. I have performed using their webcam platform and collected tips (tokens) for my performances. Until recently, I had been paid. I was kicked off of the live stream and unable to log back into my account. It said user name and/or password was wrong. I tried to log into the associated accounting site www.cam4bucks.com to find that I could not log in there either - because my main account on cam4.com was not active. I immediately contact support, who usually replies very promptly. I did not receive a response back after e-mailing them twice through their contact form. I still have had no reply from them in regard to this. I was removed from their site with no explanation while I have a balance of approximately $75 owed. |

Money Owed Will Be Paid

This person was kicked from the Cam4 website and banned for a violation of the terms and conditions. Previously she was warned that she could not sell items using a 3rd party payment system like Paypal. She was told that is she continued that she would be banned from the website. She ignored these warnings and continued to use paypal to sell private shows and her panties. She was caught doing this and she was banned and her profile deleted. She was informed of the ban via email. (included below)
Cam4 will pay out her $75 and any other money owing to her but she will not be allowed back on the website. She will be informed of this in a separate email.

| Hello, same thing just happened to us and we are about to issue a claim. However, they did not warn us at all and we did not get paid through paypal (we got paid with tips, $255 in tips on our last show) So I do not understand by they banned us and we still have an outstanding balance of over $300 an they seem to not be planning on paying us. We wanted to ask you if they truly paid the money they owed you? |

| Of all of the tragedy my fiance (molestation victim, rape survivor, natural disaster survivor, relationship abuse victim, cancer survivor) has endured, Cam4 employees, Kim and Sophie, are the icing on the 'crap cake' they have been trying to forcefeed us for over 2 months. Cam4 has owed my fiance $584.57, since September 6 of this year (2012), and have sucessfully tasked us with impossible requests that they unyieldingly stack up against up. Knowing my fiance is still sick, and incapable of the stresses Cam4 employees Kim and Sophie are subjecting her to, Kim has recently come onto the scene, making it clear to me that I am not welcomed in the resolution process of this obvious 'divide and conquer' maneuver. Cam4 loves a nice weak victim - easier to step on their necks, and steal from them. Join us in boycotting Cam4, and Surecom Corporation! They're not the only game in town. And we're starting to notice that more and more people are taking precious time out of their lives to speak against the unfair practices of these cyber menaces. Since they don't care, together we will show them that WE DO!! |
