The Sales at this dealership are raping the good name of the late Henry Ford. They practice dishonesty, fraudulence, and an overall lack of integrity. Beware if you must pursue business here. Harry Price will tell you he is going to do something, and when the paperwork he is asking you to sign manifests errors, don't worry - what you need in there is in there. Then, later, when you go back to complain he will tell you in a sarcastic tone that he never said that. Don't put words in his mouth. Wow. And Sales Manager, John Litwenitz will say not a single word to you. Not an apology, not an offer to fix the situation. If he does offer something, and he did eventually, it was a fraction of what the fraud is costing us. So, to me, that's an endorsement of Harry Price's corruption. The beauty of all this, and what's giving me ammunition to go to very high levels with this complaint, is I have proof from a third party that the dealership acknowledged to them the payoff amount we agreed on and then renegged verbally, saying they would not pay all of it because we as buyers would receive the difference on the payoff. That's where the fraud comes in. Yep, I'm pretty much saying these guys should be in shackles because if they thought they could knuckle us over on this, imagine the other transactions taking place that go undetected. After all this, there were fields in the paperwork that were incorrect or missing altogether and we were told that if they don't fix it, legal issues or a mere police traffic stop could cause us big problems with such paperwork discrepancies. Something simple as mileage reading, color of vehicle, state of origin. Went to return the signed paperwork to dealership at 7:20 pm on a Wednesday night. All interior lights out - closed. I called the main number and the message system said they were open until 8:00 pm on Wednesday. Hmmm. Interesting. Bottom line, whenever I'm in the area now - and I see customers browsing the lot - I always stop in and tell them don't do it - let me do you a huge favor and tell you to stay away. They always thank me and I wish someone had did that for me. |
