Matter regarding Bruce Rowland, Acclaimed President of IcareBucks, located in Canton Ga.
I was contacted by Bruce Rowland of IcareBucks in August of 2013 regarding my gift& rewards solution. He had read about me through an ad listed in The Green Sheet.
During his initial call, he was trying to convince me that his solution was superior and I should enroll with him as an agent and pay him an upfront license fee for this privilege. His solution does have its merits but I never signed an agreement to represent his product.
We did go over his agreement on several occasions but was unable to agree to acceptable terms within the language. It was at this time, last week of August of 2013, I told Bruce Rowland that I was getting my funding together for my business when he offered to help me in this matter. He stated that if I ‘wired’ him $1500 to his IcareBucks account he would match this amount and see one of his long time personal friends who would be glad to help him in this matter. Bruce Rowland assure me that if he was unsuccessful at acquiring me some bridge financing that he would refund my $1500 back.
Over the next couple weeks, Bruce Rowland of IcareBucks, stated a series of lies and excuses about helping me. I heard many times the money was sent to finally his friend couldn’t help.
Now for the frustrating part… the promise the money is on its way. From September 2013 to December 5th, I have been told my money is on its way, sent you a check, waiting for a deposit to hit, I’m having personal problems & haven’t been able to do it yet, waiting for a bank credit to hit my account for the check that never was cashed on and on and on. Even as of Monday, December 2nd, 2013 Bruce Rowland of IcareBucks, stated ‘as soon I as I land, I will send you the money overnight’. Well, today is Thursday, December 5th, 2013 and still no check.
I have given Bruce Rowland of IcareBucks many opportunities to make good on his word and each time he proves himself as a dishonest and untrustworthy person. I cannot make any claims or statements against the Company IcareBucks or his partners. I can only speculate that his partners as totally unaware of his dishonest actions or they are fully aware and don’t really care.
Whether you are a potential client, current client or even a potential salesperson for Bruce Rowland of IcareBucks, you need to be highly suspicious of his intentions.
I have documented a lengthy timeline of emails & texts with Bruce Rowland of IcareBucks to support my claim. At this time, I have no other option but seek legal resolution against Bruce Rowland of IcareBucks at the Miamisburg Ohio Municipal Court; legal filing will be done by Monday, December 9th, 2013.
