Worst Customer Service, then tried to Blame me for a scam as revenage!

These guys are priceless, I called today October 14, 2011 with a job of a circle sticker that was about 6 inches big, and 2 other CD label covers about 6 inches as well.
The Rep says that all I have to do is come down and sit with a designer to get this done!

I THOUGHT THIS IS GREAT AND VERY EASY!

Well it was too good to be true, he then told me that the 3 prints would cost me $50-$60. Now I am a Graphic designer and deal with tons of printing companies, so I had shopped around a bit. This was about 5-6 times the price of any other place!
I said, oh I'm very sorry for taking up so much of your time but that is way out of my budget and thought that compared to the other local stores in the neighborhood that was too expensive. I GUESS THIS REALLY UP SET HIM BECAUSE HE STARTING ASKING ME, HOW DID I EXPECT HIM TO USE HIS MILLION DOLLAR MACHINE FOR MY CHEAP WORTHLESS JOB? WHO DID I THINK I WAS?

He then hung up the phone, I called back and a new person answered, explained what had happened and ask if they knew that's how customers were getting treated. He said he would deal with it and then he hung up on me! Unreal, how do you run a business if you can't even reframe from hanging up on possible customers?

I WAS SO BLOWN AWAY I JUST HAD TO SHARE THIS STORY WITH THE PEOPLE OF BROOKLYN, NO ONE SUPPORT THIS PLACE, RUDE, NASTY AND TRY TO ROBB YOU IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE BUSINESS!

DAY 2 OF DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE... October 17th.

I received an email from Brooklyn signs warning me to take this website down, or the would they would take legal action... please view the copy and paste email below!

My name is Jason. I hired Jose Figueroa from the internet. His web site is http://www.jfigphotodesigns.info. He was such a sweet person on the phone and we trusted him. He send us an estimate of 1800.00. We sent him 900 dollars as a deposit. Well after 2 weeks we did not hear anything from him. Their phone number on their web site is bogus, it does not connect you to anything and my emails were ignored. So basically they take your money and give you nothing in return. Do NOT do business with these or this person, you WILL get ripped off.
