MISLEADING AND SO INTERESTED IN SHOWING PRODUCT THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THE CALLERS

We got this card in the mail looked like a lottery ticket with an area on the back for a scratch off advertising this company for Allergy Relief. Of course it showed we had won something So my mother in law called and set up an appointment. It clearly states on the front that you must be a homeowner and a legal resident of the USA. My Mother in law clearly stated that she was from Florida and owned her home when she called in. The address where the card was sent and where my mother in law was to meet the representative from this company is in Ohio (put 2 and 2 together and you can see she probably did not own this home).

So an appointment was set up for today. A representative from the company showed up brought a bunch of stuff from the trunk of her car. Insulted my mother in law by making comments about her dog when she came in and than asked if she was the home owner. She said she was not the owner of this home and the representative from this company said the homeowners are to be here and she took her stuff to the car made a call and drove off. My mother in law made a special trip to be at my home to view this product thinking this would be a good gift for us because my daughter has allergy problems but I guess this company felt it a waste of time to show the product and no decency to tell my mother in law since she did not own this particular home,

There loss I guess they think the only reason we called was to get a free gift which by the way they will give to us if we drive 40 minutes to there office show proof of home ownership and a photo Id. I am sure the gift they show would be the $59 camera that is worth about $10.

When I called to complain about my mother in law wasting her time they said she misrepresented herself as the home owner and she did not tell them she was from Florida. My mother in law has worked in the legal system for years is very clear when she communicates with others asking for names and documents everything when talking to business because of companies like this.
