Hmmm, what can I say. I have many bad stories would take a long time to discuss. Lets just look at one. SALES people and MANAGEMENT DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY! Thats first and foremost. Nothing worse then sales people whom are dishonest! Will tell you what ever you want to here to sell you a car. Heres the story.



We had a leased ford vehicle that we were turning in. Had the vehicle for 2 years and was turning in to buy a new vehicle. When we were in the process of buying the new vehicle which was a Ford Edge, I specifically asked the sales person and the manager many times the same question about the vehicle I was turning in; which was what will I be charged for for this vehicle. They had there body shop take a very close look over the car, and they said I would need to buy new front tires, but that everything else looked good and that there was no other damage. I looked over the car in detail with the body shop person, sales person, and manager and was told that the only thing were the front tires (my wife never got them rotated). I said ok thats fine. But I wanted to be reassured and gauranteed I would not be charged for anything else. The specifically told me I would not get charged for anything else. They reassured me many times of this. I believed them....BIG MISTAKE!!! We bought the Edge (which by the way we love-the car is great, the sales experience was NOT). THREE MONTHS, yes thats what I said, THREE MONTHS later I have Ford calling me telling me I owe the 300 dollars, for a small dent in the rear bumper. I told them the above about what the sales people and manager said, I called Brighton Ford, and no one could do anything for me. Had to pay it or was going to go on my credit as they threatened. The sales people and manager were basically like owe well...they didnt care at all, even admitted they told me that after they lied first and said they didn't. Bottom line, I had already purchased the vehicle, so they didnt give a crap about me after that, they are accomplished what they wanted, selling the car and telling me anything I wanted to hear at the time to make that happen. DISHONEST! WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I AM CONSIDERING NEVER BUYING FORD AGAIN!! BAD BAD BAD Customer service, makes the whole company look bad which is unfortunate for FORD.
