Bridgeport Bankruptcy is the classic Over-Promise and Under-Deliver with a twist of Con-Artist. Bridgeport Bankruptcy warns against and derides the software based self-bankruptcy services, flaunting their own fantastic personal services and expanded benefits. The truth is that their scandalous service and dismal benefits are crammed into a limited 20 day window so they can bilk customers for extra "extension" fees. Even so, I completed their questionnaires and order my documents within their stated time-frame and then waited for them to "send" the documents as stated in their instructions and payment receipt. The documents didn't arrive after several days so I went to the website only to discover that my 20-day window had closed. Get this, I couldn't even get Bridgeport to respond to a question about where the docs were, if they had been sent but I didn't get them, if they were sent to the wrong address -- nothing. The only communication option was their online "Contact Us" link where their replies resembled a classic con -- "you should log on and ask us your question from inside the paid site". Translation: Weve got you now, so if you want us to respond you will need to pay additional fees or we will simply take your money, delete all of the information youve entered and make you start all over again. After several hours of attempting to get a simple question answered (RED FLAG: I couldn't find any contact information for this company, not anywhere). I finally broke down, paid the "extension" fee in order to open another 10-day window. And what do you know, there were my documents, locked inside their website but not sent to me as promised. In an era of declining customer service, Bridgeport achieves a new low in my book. God help me that I should actually have a question or a problem with the docs sometime over the next few weeks as I file the documents with the court, deal with the Trustee, and then wait for the BK to be discharged. Oh, as for the bonus services they offer in the package I purchased, I'm won't hold my breath. This is only a portion of the trash Bridgeport Bankruptcy is peddling. My recommendation: Don't Walk...Run from Bridgeport Bankruptcy. Get the software or good luck with some other bankruptcy service.
